Daily Plant Foods of Life!


Since 2007 I started my journey with raw live food after having a skin cancer spot.  A colleague then shared about raw live foods along with 18 books and many appliances for me to practice with! 

I was fascinated with the many choices of healthy food in a plant based diet.  I went to become a health minister with Myhdiet and adopted many of their
principles in a healthy lifestyle.  

In a day I consume approximately 85% raw food and 15 % cooked. 

Foods to include  in a plant base raw live food lifestyle:

  • Fresh carrot and green juices 
  • Nutmilks and nut cheeses. 
  • Fruit ( Those with certain healthy challenges may need to eat less fruit)
  • Greens (rotate different greens daily)   
  • Spouted beans such as mung and lentil 
  • Herbal teas 
  • Grain-like foods such as quinoa, oats, and millet 

Foods to avoid: 

  • White flour 
  • White sugar 
  • Animal products 
  • White salt 
  • Alcohol and excessive caffeine 
Since I have been following this lifestyle I don’t want to go back to what is referred to as the Standard American Diet (SAD).  We have an amazing internal immune system which can change your life and those who want to learn and adopt this life giving lifestyle!
