Since 2007 I started my journey with raw live food after having a skin cancer spot. A colleague then shared about raw live foods along with 18 books and many appliances for me to practice with!
I was fascinated with the many choices of healthy food in a plant based diet. I went to become a health minister with Myhdiet and adopted many of their
principles in a healthy lifestyle.
In a day I consume approximately 85% raw food and 15 % cooked.
Foods to include in a plant base raw live food lifestyle:
- Fresh carrot and green juices
- Nutmilks and nut cheeses.
- Fruit ( Those with certain healthy challenges may need to eat less fruit)
- Greens (rotate different greens daily)
- Spouted beans such as mung and lentil
- Herbal teas
- Grain-like foods such as quinoa, oats, and millet
Foods to avoid:
- White flour
- White sugar
- Animal products
- White salt
- Alcohol and excessive caffeine
