In 2007 I felt fatigued, exhausted and did not know where to get help. But then a colleague who had a wellness center introduced me to plant-based raw live food. I read testimony after testimony of health challenges that were reversed with this lifestyle. I read books about the setup and skills needed to transition to a Genesis 1:29 garden food prep. I still lacked the skills. Finally, I was able to attend a health center and was able to turn my health around and learn to be a raw food chef and teacher.
