Psalms of Life and Health

Fearfully and wonderfully made Psalm 139:14

1. Sunshine Psalm 84:11
For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

2. Exercise strength

Psalm 18:39

For thou hast girded me with strength unto the battle: thou hast subdued under me those that rose up against me

3. Harp Psalm 33:2

Praise Jehovah upon the harp; sing unto him upon the viol, and an instrument of ten strings.

4. Food.  Psalm 104:2

These all wait for You, That You may give them their food in due time

5. Breathe. Psalm 150:6

Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD

6. Rest Psalm  46:10
Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

7.  Love Psalm 13:5

But I have trusted in thy lovingkindness; My heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.

Raw Vegan Mexican Zoodle Salad

In 2007 when I learned about raw vegan food few knew what a raw vegan lifestyle was.   It was difficult to find the ingredients or tools.  Slowly, I noticed major grocery stores started carrying the ingredients and tools.  What a shift in community health awareness.

Now, if you enjoy the texture of "noodles" but you are gluten intolerant or have digestive issues then this is an awesome way to prepare plant-based noodles.

For all the enzymes to be aiding your digestive process  this can be placed in a dehydrator to warm this dish at 105 degrees without cooking the enzymes out.

Raw Vegan Mexican Zoodle Salad

Ingredients:

1-2 cups zucchini zoodles

1 medium tomato diced

1 small red pepper diced

1/4 cup organic corn

2 tbsp sprouted chickpeas

1 red onion diced

1 avocado cubed

2 tbsp cilantro

3 tbsp lime juiced

1 tbsp mexican seasoning

Method:

Spiralize or buy zucchini noodles and place in large bowl.

Add all the remaining ingredients except avocado and toss well.

Place in dehydrator for 30 minutes at 105 degrees before serving

Add avocado cubes as desired on top after the warm dehydrated mixture is complete.

Enjoy!

A Tune-up to Overcome Accusation!

I have to admit as I looked at this list of accusation behaviors I realized I needed a tune up!

I think there is an innate problem that when we focus on others problems and wrong behaviors it makes us unknowingly feel elevated.  At the same time I’m not saying ignore bad behavior that is truly wicked. Confront what needs to be confronted.

I bring up this topic because in the health realm this kind of behavior can affect your health.  Negative thoughts and words affect us negatively and actually make the body more acidic according to the pH charts

Do a quick inventory.

  • Do you accuse God?
  • Do you accuse yourself?
  • Do you accuse others? Friends and family etc
  • Are you being accused by others?
Next
  • Think of a time you accused someone.
  • Think of a time someone accused you.
  • Take time to reflect in these questions.  Go to God and ask for forgiveness or forgive the person in prayer.
Ways to overcome criticizing or judging the mistakes of others or talking about others faults.

  • When you wake up ask God how you can be a blessing that day.
  • Renew your mind by reading scripture.
  • Focus on blessing others in word or deed.
  • Ask God to forgive you and grant you his strength through the day as well as repent for generations that this could be a strong area from family lines who did the same thing.
Be a change agent!  Awareness is the first step.

Messiah bless you and keep the faith!
