There was a time that I had no interest in learning about lifestyle and health. I thought I knew it all. Then I was under tons of stress and my body felt tired and fatigued most of the time. A wellness colleague introduced me to a plant-based live food lifestyle. As I read and studied I realized what I was eating with my fork could make a major difference which it did!
Cell building foods 101!
1. Live raw food has enzymes when not heated above 105 degrees assist in most cell function and digestion process
2. Food such as fresh veg juices digest quickly and go straight to the cell to repair and rebuild
3. Raw fresh vegetables have many vitamins and minerals needed to build the cells
4 Alkaline foods help balance the body whereas acid foods contributes to Dis-ease.
5. Organic food is supposed to be without pesticides so obviously those foods will give less toxins for your body to handle
As you put the life-giving foods at the end of your fork remember to remove the processed, sugary, acidic animal products.
Since I had great heath challenge reverse with changing to a plant-based raw live food lifestyle I know firsthand and am grateful someone shared this info with me
