As a youngster I enjoyed sitting on the couch eating potato chips while watching my favorite tv shows. Foods like chips can never quite satiate hunger and before you know it the bag is empty.
When I started my journey in raw live garden foods I realized the expanse of whole foods was endless. As a result, I discovered 5 reasons to eat garden foods.
1. Organic fruit doesn’t induce an insatiable ability to stop. Eat one apple and feel satisfied.
2. Fruits have natural sugars most bodies can digest as a natural sugar instead of toxic white sugar.
3. Garden vegetables such as celery have a natural sodium instead of a toxic white salt.
4. Buying packed products will be more expensive than buying bulk produce. Try a farmers market as well
5. The soil has become depleted with nutrients but by juicing carrots drinking an 8 ounce glass of carrot juice is approximately like eating 1lb of carrots It would be difficult to eat a pound in one sitting and so much easier to absorb the plentiful enzymes and nutrients.
This is just the beginning of many reasons eating a garden plant food array eat well, stay healthy and even save money.
